Canon Chip Resetter

If you have a Canon that uses the PGI-5 or CLI-8 cartridges then you need the chip resetter located here.

This chip resetter is not necessary for refilling your Canon cartridges, but will reset the ink level back t full.

Thumb Drill - In case you don't have one or you lose the one that came with your kit. It is a high speed tool steel drill embedded in a yellow wire nut. It will drill through cartridges, no problem. It makes a hole about twice the size of the needle so air can escape as ink goes in. This is our new, improved model.

HP Set Screw - These are use on some HP Cartridges to seal the fill hole air tight.
10-32 x 3/8 stainless steel set screw. The set screw will self-tap and form an excellent plug which can be removed and re-installed each time you refill. Only use a set screw because it can be recessed below the surface of the cartridge.

Canon & Brother Set Screw - These are use on some Canon & Brother Cartridges to seal the fill hole air tight.
3-48 x 1/8 stainless steel set screw. The set screw will self-tap and form an plug which can be removed and re-installed each time you refill. This is a tiny set screw and can be used to seal a hole made by our Thumb Drill.

3½ inch Long Needle 18 ga - For filling HP 51641A and HP C1823A color cartridges. It will reach to the bottom of the cartridge to help avoid the creation of air pockets. VERY SHARP AND DANGEROUS, KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN. DO NOT USE TO FILL HP 51645A OR 51640/51644/51650 CARTRIDGES.

Printhead Cleaner
As a matter of function, inkjet printers will experience nozzle clogging and waste-ink buildup on the print head surface resulting in streaking, incomplete lines and generally poor quality printing. Clogging is normally caused by ink drying and solidification, or bubbles in the nozzles of the printer. WJ800 Printhead Cleaner is a dynamic, low-foam, high-viscosity fluid that is able to dissolve coagulated ink deposits and puncture bubbles in printheads. Finely attuned with all OEM inks and cartridges. Ideal for use in recycling operations that refurbish inkjet cartridges.

Aluminum Tape
The Aluminum tape is very sticky and has a backing on it that is peeled off when ready to use. This tape is good for sealing up holes air tight that were drilled into a cartridge. It is also good to cover two of the color filling holes while refilling one color.

Snap & Fill Adapter (comes with 30cc syringe & needle)

- Used to fill HP 51626A and 51629A cartridges that don't have a fill hole on the top. Normally the fill hole is on the right hand corner where a portion of a chrome or white ball can be seen. If it is not there, you will need this tool to fill your HP 26A & 29A black cartridges.
