I would like to thank you for the fine products and service that you provide.  I have been buying your refill ink for my Lexmark Z65 printer for over a year and a half now and am amazed at the quality of the ink.  The colors are very rich and make outstanding graphics as well as photographs.

In addition, and the most beneficial, is the cost of printing when refilling using your products.  Our Ministry has saved HUNDREDS of dollars in the past year by not having to buy new cartridges as they run out.  As you may know, the Z65, while making excellent prints, is a thirsty animal and needs to be fed often.

An example is a recent conference for which we created graphics/photo–intense flyers.  We got about 75–80 copies before having to refill.  We printed a total of 500 sheets, both sides, for only about $24 using your ink.  New cartridges would have cost us over $200 which would have been cost prohibitive!  A 90% savings can’t be beat!

I would encourage anyone to learn to refill their own cartridges, using your ink and your easy-to-follow pictorial-laden instructions.
